As receiving funding for water and wastewater systems becomes increasingly more competitive, the number of unfunded applications also increases. Often these are proactive systems that operate well and maintain high water quality with minor deficiencies but have significant infrastructure needs in the next 5 years that don’t often score well under state prioritization criteria. The question becomes “How can we assist these communities in elevating their application, telling the narrative of their needs within the application to increase the likelihood of being awarded funding?” This webinar will primarily focus on pre-planning applications and how RCAP can assist the communities with submitting a more competitive application to State Revolving Funds.
